Singapore Sustainability Education Caravan

TOURong Kalikasan sa Singapore is a unique learning opportunity for individuals from all walks of life to understand and embrace sustainable practices. From July 3-10, 2023, participants will embark on sustainability tours, engage in nature education activities, visit schools, and actively participate in a community conference to be held on July 9. These diverse experiences will provide valuable insights into the importance of sustainable development and equip participants with the knowledge and skills to make a positive impact in their communities.

Building upon the tremendous success of our previous programs held in Sagada, Mountain Province in 2022 and San Juan, La Union in February 2023, we are excited to embark on another transformative journey of positive change in Singapore.

Objectives:

    • Enhance individual and environmental well-being through sustainable practices
    • Empower participants to become sustainability leaders
    • Encourage cultural exchange and sharing
    • Provide resources for sustainable living
    • Collaborate with organizations and individuals to advance sustainability

Featured Activities

    • Sustainability Tours – Offered as part of the program, these tours provide participants with an immersive experience in fascinating locations. Through engaging hands-on activities and explorations, individuals deepen their knowledge of sustainability and forge a meaningful connection with the environment.
    • School Visits – During the school visits, participants have the opportunity to engage in a meaningful cultural exchange and witness firsthand the implementation of sustainable practices in educational institutions. Through enriching discussions and observations of successful sustainability initiatives, participants are inspired to adopt similar practices within their own communities.

Participants gain practical skills and knowledge, empowering them to make a positive impact within their communities and contribute to the broader sustainability agenda.
