Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of registration must be requested in writing and submitted  to the Chair of the Global Conference Committee by email to admin@partnerships4se.org. Please include in your email a Subject line saying: “Cancellation TCUSS2021 – yourname”.

Cancellation fees will be charged as follows:

From May 16

Registration Fee (all types)

50% of fee

No refund

    • Refunds will be paid by a bank transfer, in US dollars, by JDSC Office in the Philippines. (Delegate will be asked to provide full details of a bank account to receive the refund.) Please note: regrettably there will be *no* refund of any kind for cancellations sent from May 16 and after, regardless of the reason.
    • Refunds will be made within three months (3 months) after confirmation of the cancellation.
    • The currency exchange rate to be applied in the case of refunds will be based on the available (actual) exchange rate at the time of the refund transaction (not on the exchange rate when the registration fee was originally paid).
    • Any charges levied (required) by the banks and credit card issuers of the participants will be borne (paid) by the participants themselves, not by JDSC or PSE.

Direct Debit Deduction

By signing this Direct Debit Authorization, you have authorized us to arrange funds to be debited from your credit card or bank account. Please understand that you will be responsible for any cost, penalty fees, and/or expense incurred if your account does not have sufficient credit balance to cover a direct debit. Monthly donations enrolled via credit card will be deducted or auto-debited on an ongoing basis per month. Single or one-off donations enrolled via credit card will be deducted on a one-time basis.

Deduction Frequency

The first deduction will be made within 2 to 10 working days upon completion and submission of the donor form. Subsequently, credit cards will be charged once a month for monthly donors. Please refer to your credit card statement for confirmation of deductions made. If you want to give on a recurring basis, please accomplish the form for monthly-gift donations. If you have opted to donate on one-time basis and wish to donate monthly instead, you may contact us at +6329200020 or email: info@johndewey.edu.ph to convert your giving plan.

Donation Refund Policy

We are grateful for your donation and support of our organization. Donations are normally non-refundable but if you have made an error in making your donation or change your mind about contributing to our organization please contact us. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.
 

Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation 

 
Ongoing support is important to enabling projects to continue their work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute to projects over time. But if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify us immediately.
 

Confidentiality

We will keep all information in this Direct Debit Authorization confidential. This Program adheres to a strict policy regarding donor privacy. Except for administrative and / or summary reporting purposes, no information in whole or in part, in its paper or electronic format, will be disclosed, used, modified or reproduced to any other person or organization, except in connection with the purposes stated herein.
